My background is in content. I trained with Digital Mums in 2017 and later spent a year doing full-time UGC work, creating content for over 100 brands. That gave me a good sense of what makes content actually work.

 

These days, I focus on the support side rather than strategy: scheduling, organising, and keeping your content and admin running smoothly behind the scenes.

I bring that same eye for detail to the day-to-day: inboxes, calendars, systems, client communication, content scheduling. The unglamorous work that keeps a business running smoothly, so you don't have to.

I'm also a mum of four, which means organisation isn't a skill I learned for this job, it's one I've been practising daily for years. Nothing rattles me, and very little slips through the cracks.
